Overview
First aid provision in the workplace can save lives and provide the immediate aid in case of minor accidents, serious accidents or sickness at work. By the provision of immediate response the employer can reduce costs of injuries at work. It is also a legal obligation on every employer to make provision for first aid in their workplace for their employees. This enables employers to comply with current Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations, 1981 (Amended 2013).
